Representative Text

1 Thank ye the Lord,
Give thanks to the Lord!
For He is gracious,
His mercy shall endure forevermore,
Endure forevermore, endure forevermore.

2 Praise ye the Lord!
My soul, sing His praise
With joy and gladness,
Forgetting not His many benefits,
His many benefits, His many benefits.

3 He is the power!
Almighty is God!
He ruleth wisely,
And every morn His kindness is renewed,
His kindness is renewed, His kindness if renewed.

4 Great is the Lord!
Yea, great is the Lord!
His name is holy,
And all the earth is of His glory full,
Is of His glory full, is of His glory full.

5 Worship the Lord!
Yes, worship the Lord!
His name so mighty
Be used by us with deepest reverence,
With deepest reverence, with deepest reverence.

6 Sing to the Lord!
Sing praise to Him
In joyful chorus;
For surely He doth hear our hymns of praise,
Doth head our hymns of praise, doth hear our hymns of praise.
