Where He Leads Me

There are many still from God astray

Author: James Rowe

Representative Text

1 There are many still from God astray,
And we hear the Saviour’s plea;
He has need of helping hands today,
And is saying, “Follow me.”
“Where He leads me I will follow,
Where He leads me I will follow,
Where He leads me I will follow,
I’ll go with Him, with Him all the way.

2 We may sometimes lose our happy song,
Clouds may often hide the goal,
But His voice will cheer us thro’ the throng,
And revive each fainting soul.
“Hallelujah, Thine the glory,
Hallelujah, Amen;
Hallelujah, Thine the Glory,
Revive us again.”

3 We will spread the golden gospel light,
Where the wayward live and roam,
We will work for God by day and night,
Till we all are gathered home.
“We’ll work till Jesus comes,
We’ll work till Jesus comes,
We’ll work till Jesus comes,
And we’ll be gathered home.”
