Representative Text

1 There is a healing fountain,
A never failing tide,
It flows from Calv’ry’s mountain,
From Jesus’ wounded side.

Refrain:
O the never failing fountain,
‘Tis flowing full and free;
O the never falling fountain,
I feel it cleansing me.

2 There is a healing fountain,
For weary, sinful soul;
Though heart with sin is sinking,
The fount can make it whole. [Refrain]

3 There is a healing fountain,
O plunge beneath its wave;
Look up to Christ in prayer,
Your soul He waits to save. [Refrain]

4 There is a healing fountain,
Look up to Christ and live;
Go tell Him all your sorrow,
Your sins He’ll now forgive. [Refrain]

5 There is a healing fountain,
‘Tis filled with precious blood;
And Christ looks down and bids you,
Go plunge beneath its flood. [Refrain]
