1 We are soldiers of God,
We’re encamped on the field,
We will fear not nor falter,
For the Lord is our shield.

And prevail against wrong,
For our captain is Jesus,
And salvation our song.
2 We’ve enlisted for life;
With our banners unfurled,
We will march forth to battle,
To conquer the world;
Evil must be dethroned,

And the Christ of the Bible

In our triumph complete,

To the great judgment seat.
