Representative Text

1 We speak, our Savior dear, to thee,
We know that thou wilt hear;
To ev’ry heart that on thee calls,
Dear Lord, draw very near.

Chorus:
Jesus, dear Savior,
Thy blessing we seek from above,
Joyfully hearing
The voice of thine infinite love.

2 The blessings of thy grace and peace
Do thou on us bestow;
Help us to serve and honor thee
While dwelling here below. [Chorus]

3 Teach us to love thee better, Lord,
Thy holy name to fear;
No other friend can love like thee,
No other half so dear. [Chorus]

4 Dear Savior, we will trust in thee
Our steps to safely guide,
Until we tread the heav’nly streets,
And worship at thy side. [Chorus]
