When His lost sheep the Shepherd find. [The Lost Sheep.] This appeared in the Uttoxeter Selection of Psalms & Hymns, 1805, and is also in Cotterill's Selection, 1819, and later hymnals, and is sometimes given (but in error) as an altered form of J. Needham's "When some kind shepherd from his fold."
