Representative Text

1 When the saved shall meet on the golden street,
Hallelujah! I’ll be there!
Where the glad harps ring and the ransomed sing,
Hallelujah! I’ll be there!

Refrain:
At the homecoming of the ransomed,
When the saints shall march thro’ the gates so fair;
At the homecoming of the ransomed,
Hallelujah! I’ll be there!

2 Blessed heav’nly home, where no sorrows come,
Hallelujah! I’ll be there!
Saved by grace divine, Jesus now is mine,
Hallelujah! I’ll be there! [Refrain]

3 By the Savior’s throne, when He calls His own,
Hallelujah! I’ll be there!
Where the streets are gold, ‘mid the joys untold,
Hallelujah! I’ll be there! [Refrain]
