أوانَ انشقاقِ حجابِ الظلامِ
يعودُ يسوعُ بموكب مجدٍ
ويَخطَفُ خاصَّتَهُ

يا لَوقتٍ سعيدْ — سعيدْ
إذ بنصرٍ نُعِيدْ
جا المسيحُ هللويا
هللويا آمينْ — هللويا آمينْ

2 - نهاراً يُطِلُّ بوسطِ الضياءِ
وليلاً يُطِلُّ بعرضِ الفضاءِ
يجي بظهورِ سحابةِ مجدٍ
ويَخطَفُ خاصتَهُ

3 - وبين هتافِ جنودِ العلاءِ
وعند تجَلّي جيوشِ الفداءِ
يعودُ محاطاً بهالةِ مجدٍ
