| Text: | My Shepherd |
| Author: | Miss. Thalheimer |
| Tune: | [Thou art my Shepherd] |
| Composer: | Cramer |
1 Thou art my Shepherd,
Caring in every need,
Thy little lamb to feed,
Trusting thee still;
In the green pastures low,
Where living waters flow,
Safe by thy side I go,
Fearing no ill.
2 Or if my way lie
Where death o'erhanging nigh,
My soul would terrify
With sudden chill,—
Yet I am not afraid;
While softly on my head
Thy tender hand is laid,
I fear no ill!
