53. My Times Are In Thy Hand

1 My time are in Thy hand, O gracious Lord;
So help me to improve each moment giv’n,
That, guided by Thy Spirit thro’ Thy Word,
I shall make progress tow’rd the gate of Heav’n.

2 My times are in Thy hand; I will not strive
To change the course which Thou for me hast planned;
Nor in my foolish haste would I presume
To doubt the wisdom of Thy guiding hand. [Refrain]
