1 Hallelujah! God our Father,
Now our thankful voices raise,
In a song of adoration,
For Thy blessing all our days;
For creation vast and lovely,
For salvation full and free;
For each year of crowning harvest,
Waving field and laden tree.

2 For a purer, sweeter freedom
Than our father’s sires e’er saw;
For our liberty of worship
Unrestrain’d by let or law;
For the freedom of the Spirit
Where-with Christ makes all men free;

3 For the armies of the faithful,
‘Neath the gospel flag unfurled,
In Thy name, who seek the conquest
Of the Kingdoms of this world;
