Andro Hart's 1615 Scottish Psalter, CL Psalms of David, was the first hymnal to give names to tunes. In that book, containing twelve tunes, DUNDEE was named FRENCH; in Ravenscroft's The Whole Booke of Psalmes (1621) it was called DUNDY
