| Text: | From sea to sea, on every shore |
| Author: | Isaac Watts |
| Tune: | SYDNEY |
| Composer: | Leon Nelson |
From sea to sea, on every shore,
God makes the noise of battle cease;
when from on high loud thunders roar,
God awes the trembling world to peace.
God breaks the bow and cuts the spear,
while chariots burn in heavenly flame.
Keep silence, all the earth, and hear
the sound and glory of God's name:
"Be still, and know that I am God,
I'll be exalted in all lands;
I will be known and praised abroad.
Be still: My throne forever stands."
