God formed the deeps unknown,
and gave the seas their bound;
the watery worlds are all his own,
and all the solid ground.

We worship at your throne
and bow before you, Lord.
We are your works, and not our own;
you formed us by your word.

Each day we heed your voice,
obedient to your rod;
we come as people of your choice
to claim our gracious God.
