1 Whilst Elders fall before thy throne,
The rainbow'd throne whose base is love;
To man, they make thy pleasure known,
The cause of life below, above.

2 Thou Lord, art worthy, loud they cry,
Of glory, honour, pow'r divine:
For all in earth, and all on high,
Were made by thee; and all are thine:

3 Hence, Angels, Spirits, Elders sing
Hosannas, in one choral strain.
The Heav'ns they hymn th'Eternal King
And Earth repeats Amen, Amen.
