| Text: | Jesus Is Calling Thee |
| Author: | Mrs. C. L. S. |
| Tune: | [He who once in Galilee] |
| Composer: | D. B. Towner |
1 He who once in Galilee
Called to sinners, Come to me,"
Now, enthroned in light above,
Pleadeth still in tones of love.
Chorus:
There is joy and hope for thee,
Peace and pardon full and free;
Weary soul, no longer wait,
Open stands the pearly gate.
2 While he waiteth to impart
Strength to every fainting heart,
Sinner to the Savior flee,
He is calling still to thee. [Chorus]
3 While the crystal fountain flows,
There is balm for all thy woes;
Thou wilt find a safe retreat,
In his promise, sure and sweet. [Chorus]
4 Seek the loving Savior's breast,
He alone can give thee rest;
Even now he calls to thee,
As of old in Galilee. [Chorus]
