1 Shall we gather in the morning
Of the day that has no night?
Yes, the tear drops of our mourning
Shall give place to songs of light.

Holy Spirit, be our comfort
In the valley while we roam;

2 When the saints of all the ages
Gather round the great white throne,
We will tell how God, so gracious,

In yon sunny land of bless;
