1 Hear the tramp of a million little feet
Marching with Jesus;
Where he leads they will ever follow fleet,
Marching on.

Growing more and more like their Lord,
Grace and truth on them are outpoured;
Ill cannot betide
Those who at his side
Still march on.

2 By still waters and into pastures green
Marching with Jesus;
In distress, or in pain, they on him lean,
