James Warrington Hymnology Collection: James Warrington’s second great collection was acquired in 1917 by Western Theological Seminary, which merged in 1960 with Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. Over 4,300 hymnals, psalters, and song-books are cataloged and arranged chronologically from the sixteenth century to the twentieth century, with the majority in the nineteenth century (over 450 before 1820).
