The library has over 2,000 hymnals, all cataloged in the system, including hymnals from the Moravian Church in various countries. Irving Lowens Collection of about 1,000 early American tunebooks and 10,000 manuscripts and early imprints of music used/composed by Moravians in America and Europe, especially in the eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries. The library also has a couple of early 17th-century Ancient Unity (Unitas Fratrum) hymnals in Czech. Date range: 16th-21st c.
