Appleton, F. P. In the American Unitarian Hymns of the Spirit, 1864, two hymns are attributed to this author: (1) "The past yet lives in all its truth, O God." (Past and Present); (2) "Thirsting for a living spring," (Seeking Good). The latter is also in the Unitarian Book of Hymns, 1846, but anonymous.
