Bev Gammon

Short Name: Bev Gammon
Full Name: Gammon, Bev

I wrote all my songs for 5-7 year old children to be enabled to worship Jesus even if they can't yet read very well. I also wanted adults to access the presence of Jesus through my music despite its simplicity. Every song was written specifically at the request of the Spring Harvest management team for the event each year, performed on stage with the children and recorded beforehand in the ICC Studios in Eastbourne for sale during and after the event as part of a compilation with other children's worship leaders and produced in cassette tape format.

At that time I was a church based children's worker in Maidstone, UK and since then I have continued to be actively involved in music and leadership of a local church but no longer in paid Christian work. I have two adult sons and am full time carer for my elderly father and I may just get back to writing songs again!
