Haetzer, Ludwig. (Bischofszell, Thurgau, Switzerland, ca. 1500--February 4, 1529, Constance). Educated at the school of the Chorherrenstift of St. Pelagius. Attended the University of Basel starting in 1517, but did not acquire a degree. Beheaded in 1529.
