Toivo Harjunpaa was an ordained Lutheran priest of Finland who came to the United States after WW II. He was a professor at Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary in Berkeley in the 1970's. He served on the liturgical commissions for both the Service Book and Hymnal (1958) and
Lutheran Book of Worship (1978).
