Birth Year: 1815
Death Year: 1872

Harris, Frederick William, M.A., was born in 1814, educated at Trinity College, Cambridge (B.A. 1837, M.A. 1840). Taking Holy Orders in 1838, he became in 1855 Vicar of Medmenham, diocese of Oxford, and died April 17, 1872. His excellent hymn, "It is finished! It is finished! all the untold agony" (Good Friday), is in Thring's Collection, 1882.
