Now based in Kingston, Ontario, he has performed across the U.S. and Canada.

Silver is renowned for setting scripture to music, with projects like Love the Psalms (10 volumes, 160 songs), Songs to the Church in Ephesus (Ephesians), Hey! Philippi (Philippians), and his current series of Galatians songs.

His work gained momentum in 2014 when he began releasing weekly Psalm settings on YouTube, growing a following that now exceeds 23,000 subscribers, eagerly awaiting his weekly releases.

In 2023, he won a Covenant Award from the Gospel Music Association Canada for Worship Artist of the Year, alongside four other nominations, affirming his impact in Christian music.

Currently, Jason serves as the worship pastor at Harrowsmith Free Methodist Church, blending his musical artistry with his faith-driven mission.
