Author: Richard Allen Treat

Richard Allen Treat was born in Billings, Montana in 1944. He graduated Billings West High School before attending Abilene Christian College in Texas, where he received a B.A. and pursued graduate work. In 1969 he married Barbara Ann Wadle.
