She was right. We only ask for money twice a year, and we do so because we need it.

فذاق غصّاتِ المنونْ

3 لأجلنا أحزانُهُ
كانت به مُجسَّمهْ
وقد بدا حنانُهُ
لأُمِّهِ المُكَرَّمهْ

4 إذ قال من أعلى الصليبْ
وقد جرى منه الدمُ
أوما إلى الخلِّ الحبيبْ
هذا لكِ ابنٌ مريمُ

5 فهكذا اعطِفْ يا رحيمْ
على جميعِ المتعبينْ
واغرس لك الحبَّ العظيمَ
