Born: February 11, 1864, Greenwich, London, England. Died: October 8, 1928, Paddington, London, England. As of 1881, Horner was living at home in Lambeth, Surrey, and working as a druggist’s assistant. In 1901, he still lived in Lambeth and taught music.
