Editing a hymnal

What parts of the hymnal are indexed?

Hymnary.org's practice has been to index everything in a hymnal that has a hymn number -- hymns, doxologies, musical responses, readings, etc. What to include is still being debated, but this is the closest we have to a guideline on this question.
