Known problems

This page will list the known problems at Hymnary.org. Please check here first before posting a question. Thanks!

  • Some DNAH hymnals might not have all the hymns listed in Hymnary.org. Steps to follow:
    • Confirm that you are editing the same hymnal as is listed in Hymnary.org. Check the title, publisher, date, place of publication, and printing as they are available to make sure they match your print copy of the hymnal.
    • If you confirm you have a match, simply add the missing hymns as needed.
    • If you do not have a match, then you will need to either add your hymnal as a new entry altogether, or search Hymnary.org to see if there is another hymnal that does match yours.
  • If a letter or number is blurred, unclear, or missing from the page you are looking at, put a ? in place of the letter or number. For example, if the text person's name is Joe Smith, but your page is ripped and has only Joe Sm, then you would enter Joe Sm?.
