Page number

The page number of a hymn is the the page number of the first page on which it occurs in the hymnal. It is usually not the same as the hymn number, and some hymnals don't show page numbers.

Guidelines

  • Page numbers are used to connect page images with hymns. There is an efficient web-based method for adding page numbers, so normally it is not necessary to add them to the spreadsheet, therefore, this field is optional. It is more important to include page numbers on the older DNAH hymnals for which page scans will be added later.
