1 His blessings come down like the dewdrops,
That fall in the earliest morn,
Refreshing the hearts that are weary,
With promise of life newly born.

The bow of His promise appears in the sky,
An emblem of joy after pain.

2 His blessings come down like the showers,
On garden and hillside and plain,
O let us each day with rejoicing,

From heaven, where all is so bright,
Reflecting the wonderful glory,
