1. O God, be merciful and bless,
And let us see Thy shining face,
That all the earth may know Thy way,
And all men taste Thy saving grace.
O let the nations praise Thee, Lord,
Let all give thanks with glad accord.

2. O let the nations all be glad
And sing to God with joy and mirth,
For Thou shalt judge with equity
And lead the nations of the earth.
