A loyal band of soldiers we;
O’er wrong and evil
We’ll win the victory!

Onward, then, nor falter in the conflict,
Haste away, the call obey;
Tho’ evil’s mighty host encamp against us,
They cannot prevail;
Onward, then, our captain true is leading,
Forward go to meet the foe;
Despite his boast, we’ll conquer Satan’s host;
We can never, never fail.

2 Christ is our captain,
A leader strong and true is He;
He leads to triumph
Tho’ fierce the strife may be. [Refrain]

We ne’er shall give the battle o’er;
Till Christ in triumph
