Text Information:

The first part of this antiphon for Psalm 82 is based on Psalm 69:33a, and the second part is a benediction found throughout Hebrew scripture. It fittingly frames a psalm describing God’s indignation that lesser deities reward the wicked but treat the weak and needy unjustly.
