Her Graad følger Døden i Dale.

2 Vi tro paa Guds Løfter, og mindes,
Det stunder til Dagen, vi findes
Naar Herren af Himlen er kommen,
Og vi skulle stande for Dommen.

3 Farvel da, o kjæreste Broder!
Her Sørger Guds Kirke, din Moder,
I Himlen hun Palmen dig byder,
Hvor Saliges Seierssang lyder.

4 Gud hjælpe os alle at vandre
I Troen til Gud med hverandre,
