1. O Lord my God, when I in awesome wonder
Consider all the *worlds thy hands have made,
I see the stars, I hear the *rolling thunder,
Thy pow’r thru-out the universe displayed;

2. When thru the woods and forest glades I wander,
And hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees,

Sent him to die, I scarce can take it in,
That on the cross, my burden gladly bearing,
He bled and died to take away my sin, [Chorus]

4. When Christ shall come, with shout of acclamation,
