1 I stand in wonder and amazement
At Thee, O mighty One,
To think that Thou didst give the world
Thine only begotten Son.

That whosoever believeth in Him,

2 I thank Thee, kind and loving Father,
For Jesus Christ, my Lord,
And for the sacred promises
