Children, haste without delay;
Prayers of thousands now are winging,
Up to heaven their silent way.

Come, children, come, the bells are ringing,
To the school with haste repair;
Let us all unite in singing,

2 'Tis an hour of happy meeting
Children meet for praise and prayer;
