155. Some Place is Waiting

1 Some place is waiting for each of us here,
Some little burden to bear;
“Live to help others,” our motto should be,
Shining for Him ev’rywhere.

Refrain:
Some place is waiting for me,
Some place is waiting for you;
“Here am I, Lord,’ let us joyfully say,
“Come on us—we’ll be true.”

2 Some place is waiting, there’s something to do,
To Him we faithful will prove;
Where He shall call us is surely the best,
Kept by His wonderful love. [Refrain]

3 Some place is waiting, no matter how small,
No toil for Him is in vain;
If we are doing His will where we are,
Blessings we’re sure to obtain. [Refrain]
