1 Lift up your heads, O eternal gates!
Lift up, ye doors, for the King who awaits,
Clothed in His beauty and armed with might,
Crowned with salvation and glory and light!

Christ the King of glory will enter in!

2 Unto the captive proclaim release,
Unto the warrior the tidings of peace;
High over all will His banner wave,
