2 Lig her i Ly af Blomst og Bad,
En herrens Ager ved vor Stad,
For trætte Vandrer aab'n dit Skjød,
Et Fristed vær fra Jordens Nød!

3 Gaar dyben Sorg bag Baaren hid,
Stem du da Smerten mere blid,
Den Taaredug, som væder dig,
For Troens Sol opløfte sig!

4 Saa vær en kristen Kirkegaard,
Hvor Paaskeliljen plantet staar,
Hvor Sorg og Tvil og Angst maa fly
