1 Never surrender!—our watchword today;
We will be true to the Lord alway;
For he is worthy the service we give,
He has redeemed us,—for him we will live.

2 Never surrender, tho’ legions of foes
Rise in their might and our ways oppose;
Jesus is filling our vision today,
