68. Keep Up the Fight

1 There’s a conflict on with the hosts of sin,
There’s a foe to meet and a cause to win!
With the Lord of Hosts as our strength and might,
Let us ever keep up the fight.

Then rally at our Leader’s call,
And bravely forward, one and all;
The skies are clearing,
The triumph nearing,
And the darkness takes its flight!
Then to the battlefield away,
And charge the enemy today;
With a courage firm in the cause of right,
Let us ever keep up the fight.

2 Note the dawning light of a better day,
In the heathen lands in the far-away;
Superstition yields to the radiance bright,
Let us ever keep up the fight. [Refrain]

3 “All the world for Christ!” is our battle-cry,
For his glorious cause we will live and die;
With the crown in view, clad in armor bright,
Let us ever keep up the fight. [Refrain]
