Songs of the Saints ‎#49

49. Each moment of time

1 Each moment of time (every hour of time)
Is precious to me (me, it is to me)
I want to help make (I would ever make)
Sin's shadows to flee (sin's shadows flee)
I want to live right (I would live aright)
From morning thru night (from morn thru night)
Each moment of time while here on earth
is precious to me (so precious unto me).

Refrain:
Each moment of time (every hour of time)
Is precious to me (it is to me)
For Jesus my Lord (Jesus, Christ my Lord)
Expects me to be (every day to be)
Both faithful and true (faithful, good and true)
The journey all thru (the whole way thru)
Each moment of time while here on earth
is precious to me (so precious unto me).

2 I soon must lay down (I must soon lay down)
My labor below (upon the earth below)
Be gathered at home (gathered to that home)
Where blessings all flow (for the faithful flow)
I'm facing the west (west, I'm facing west)
And doing my best (want to do my best)
Each moment of time while here on earth
is precious to me (so precious unto me). [Refrain]
