1 God so lov’d this sinful world,
His only son He gave,
That we might salvation have
And vict’ry o’er the grave.

Whosoe’er believeth on the Son of God,
Shall not perish,

2 Jesus Christ the King above,
Honor and praise to Thee,
Left His throne because of love
