1 - إذ لا أرى وجهَ الحبيبْ
النورُ عندي كالظلامْ
والشمسُ تبدو في مَغيبْ
محجوبةً خلفَ الغَمامْ
إن ضاء فـيَّ نورُهُ
لم يحجُبِ الشمسَ الغروبْ
وعَمَّني سرورُهُ
وأنعشَ القلبَ التَّعوبْ

2 - عرفٌ زكيٌّ ذكرُهُ
أحلى نشيد للقلوبْ
روضٌ بديعٌ نشرُهُ
عني جَلا كلَّ الكروبْ
يا وجهَ فاديَّ السني
بَدَّدْتَ من دربي الظلامْ
لَـما بهاكَ مسني
في مُهجتي فاضَ السلامْ
