75. When Eternal Morning Dawns

1 In the Morning Land, I shall some day stand,
With my life secure in the Saviour’s hand;
With a crown to wear and His throne to share,
I shall dwell in glory when the morning dawns.

Refrain:
I shall dwell in glory with my Lord and King,
Where the courts of heaven with His praises ring;
Then anew the song of vict’ry I shall sing,
When eternal morning dawns.

2 O what joy ‘twill be, when my Lord I see,
And to know in full of His love for me;
With the passing night faith will change to sight,
I shall see His glory when the morning dawns. [Refrain]

3 In that land of light, clothed in robes of white,
I shall reign with Him with a conqu’ror’s might;
Darkness gone before and the long night o’er,
I shall reign in glory when the morning dawns. [Refrain]
