1 Loving Father, Lord of all,
Thou dost hear us when we call,
And dost help us when we fall,
Thou dost love us ever.
Lead us into what is best,
Keep us in Thy favor blest,
Till we reach Thy heav’nly rest,
And are with Thee forever.

2 Saviour, Thou for us didst die,
Thou dost plead for us on high,
Thou dost hear our faintest sigh,
Thou dost love us ever.
From all condemnation free,
Draw us that we follow Thee,
Till at last Thy face we see,
And are with Thee ever.

3 Comforter and source of light,
Giving morning for our night,
Thou didst make our hearts contrite,
Thou dost love us ever.
Teach us, Spirit, how to pray,
Cheer us ever on our way,
Sanctify us day by day,
Yea, be with us ever.
